The philosopher I would have to agree with John Locke. John says "humans were not born inherently good or evil but shaped by their environment and circumstances" I agree because as youth we are clay, so we are molded into what we see and do. We are sponges so we soak up every thing we take in where ever we are. Humans are born in sin, but you have to choice to do good or evil.
You can either play with fire or put it out. We are not evil when we are born nor good because we are blind to the world. Humans act on there surroundings.
I would have to disagree Thomas Hobbes. Thomas claims "The condition of man is a condition of war of everyone against everyone" meaning humans are basically evil. As humans we have to choice to do good or bad.
For example if a child is told not to do something he or she has the choice to do it or not. Humans are not evil. Humans are born in sin knowing we are going to sin..we have to choice to do right or wrong, good or evil.
People should have political power because we can stand up for what we believe. Everyone needs a voice.
People need to be heard in order for a healthy nation.
Leaders should respond to ordinary citizens by having a voice for a group at a time. For example each person should be in a group in the group they have leader. the leader of the group should be next to the Important leader of them all. the leader of the group takes ideas from the group members and tell the president.
Locke would love your metaphors that children are clay and sponges!
